I spent two decades in special operations and intelligence communities in the highest echelons, managing 400+ dispersed operations across multiple theaters with zero personnel losses and $250M+ budgets. That work taught me pattern recognition; how to see dysfunction before it becomes disaster.


After transitioning in 2022, I took that skillset corporate to Amazon. Ranked #1 in performance while driving 40% throughput increases and $2M+ in regional cost savings. Then I started advising. I helped a Series B SaaS company scale from $1.5M to $30M revenue. I worked with an established technology company through their growth to $130M ARR. I've earned the nickname "CEO Whisperer" for the work I do with executives who know something's wrong but can't see it themselves.


I'm not a typical advisor. I don't come from Big 4 consulting or come with $200k slide decks. I'm completely grounded in logic and discernment, but I'm a true believer in God and understand the path that each of us is on.
